As a mom of teens, You Deserve to Shine Bright!

This logo was made for me by my dear friend Carlos Garibay. Isn’t it beautiful? I want to share with you why I chose these elements and what they mean to me. I hope they resonate with you as well.

The Sunflower is a reminder to always look for light. As the sunflower looks for light, it is strengthened each day to stand tall and be unwavering in its commitment to reflect the light it is seeking.

As the sun rises, and begins a new day, it is slow, soft and beautiful. The sunrise is a way to connect with hope, and reminds us that we are seen and known by God. And as we seek for this light in the sky, it becomes easier to trust and be empowered to show up and shine as our best self.

The words Shine Bright Life Coaching, come from the quote by Marianne Williamson. My hope in choosing these words is that the YOU, as a mom of teens know you deserve to shine as your bright self without reservation. Without restraint or holding back. In this transition phase of life to an empty nest, I hope you know you have permission to be fully whole, balanced and be who you were meant to be. In my coaching practice, I hope you know, these elements are fully inside of you waiting to be discovered or at least feel they have permission to be uncovered. To know that it’s ok to show up in the brilliance of your genius. Shine Bright isn’t just a phrase. It is a way of life. Why not show up in our brilliance? Why not be gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? My coaching can help you do this. Mrs. Williamson is right! It does not serve the world to play small. You were meant to serve the world and let your light shine bright. And as you do, you allow others to do the same.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
Marianne Williamson ~A Return to Love

Many blessings my friends! You deserve to shine as your brightest truest self.
