In the past few weeks, I have noticed an emptiness that has come and I wanted to get more clarity, so I have been writing every morning. What has come is humbling and helpful. Before storms come, as they do, it is interesting to me that I have these poems to fall back on when it is hard to see. I'd like to share them with you.

Who You Are

Being of wonder

Criticism is not you

No longer serves you

Dark thoughts are not you

But from another source

Sweep out the vermin

Burn the plague, clean slate

Let go the shoulds of darkness

To find peace again

God divided light

From dark, faith from doubt, distinct

Separate and unique

Doubt map, and feel lost

Clouded confusion sets in

Lost self comes forward

Not real self, believe

In what doing, exciting

All new creation

What didn’t exist,

Is now permanent, solid

Dreams do come true, real

Faith, way to freedom

Turn back to lights refuge, trust

Believing, seeing

Follow, evermore

You are not the problem, You

Are The Solution

Personal Scriptures

Oh, Being of light

Charge batteries, constant source

There always, flowing

Dark easy to find

Light can be too, just need to

Know where to find it

Follow subtle hints

Like breadcrumbs, small things lead to

Opportunities

Look for small, simple

No need to be overwhelmed

A choice then, options

Trapped or forced are lies

Small ways to find new freedom

Simple faith lets go

No need to control

Holding on brings panic, Stop

Remember again

Wondrous light Being

Trust and believe, will have all

Given to do work

Trust Simple Faith

Faith simple and hard

Hard to trust, old lies die hard

Easy when believe

With experience

Past might color future dark

But doesn’t need to

Why hard trust in light?

Old lies die hard, so repeat

Remember, return again

Till waves upon you

Have no power over you

To bring you down low

Remember daily

Greatness inside, meant for more

Believe in power

Plug in pulse of light

True source that makes things happen

Wonders will unfold

Only One World is Real

Two worlds exist now

Both warring to win your heart

Belief makes one real

Faith, trusting being

Greater than any other

In control of all

Knows your best interest

Don’t need to take weight of world

Finished already

Go free from sorrow

Trust all will fall into place

Don’t need to control

It’s out of your hands

Trust only true living world

That will lead you home.
