What will we be covering?

Week 1

Create a Vision: Begin by taking inventory of where you are. Connect to your heart and what it truly desires. And then follow the steps to where you want to go. Through this process, of vision and creation, you will take one step at at time to what you truly want in your life.

Week 2

Be Kind to Yourself: Focus on ways to show more compassion to yourself. That negative self talk isn’t helping you. Try praising yourself and giving yourself some extra measure of love and appreciation. Notice your pace and how you could slow down to connect to yourself more deeply.

Week 3

Power of Routine: the best way to create the life you deserve is to start with a great routine feeding your mind, body, and spirit. So you can feel good about you! Movement creates momentum and momentum fuels manifestation.

Week 4:

Say in Yes and No in ways that feel good! With Love: Create the life you desire, by saying no to things that are not in alignment so you can say yes to yourself and what you want. Over the past 8 years, as a certified life coach, I have had the privilege of coaching clients, especially moms, all over the world. I have honed my coaching skills that support me and my clients in transforming mindset, connecting to their body, and empowering growth. So they can shine in the world. And also enjoy the process along the way!

Through coaching, I have witnessed moms finding joy in the journey. Because when a mom believes in herself, her whole countenance changes. And then her whole family is happier because of it. There is more respect from teens. More love and connection is created. And new possibilities come to light.

I have seen what is possible. And I want that for you too. As a mom, you deserve to feel empowered, supported and encouraged to live a life meant for you. What ever that is. There is no right answer. But I promise you, that you CAN enjoy this journey.
