Warrior on the Inside
A while ago I was asked to speak at a women’s event and talk about overcoming challenges and specifically about how to overcome negative thoughts. The opportunity fell through, but as I was thinking about this topic,
- and it has helped me a lot even just writing it, honing it and producing it. I’ve spent time off and on over the last 4 months crafting it to where it is now. And as I have, I feel the power it brings into my life as I sing it and believe it. It makes me so happy to share it with you. I have enjoyed the process when I believed in it. And when I’ve gotten discouraged, I would laugh at myself remembering what the song was about. Just listening to the words helps me get back on track. So I believe and try again. Human weakness is real, and I feel very aware of it, but honing and overcoming is always greater. I feel it is so important to never give up on what we love and gives us life. So keep doing and keep trying my friends. The fight is never over. I have faith you can make it.
