7 day Inner Peace Masterclass

If you are feeling anxious and overwhelmed, I would like to offer you some tools to create inner calm. Feel rejuvenated as you make time for you. You are important and taking care of you is something we as women don’t do very often. You deserve to take care of yourself so you can be there for others in an open and loving way. Less stress means you can be your best self even when things are hard.

This is a virtual group class mean to:

Lower stress

Restore emotional balance

Create peace and calm

Increase insight and clarity

Reduce anxiety and depression

Improve focus

Each of the 7 days you will learn new ways to move through:

Breathing

Meditation

Movement

And a mindfulness activity

We will talk about each of these areas in greater detail and I will share with you different ways to use them for a personal practice so you can carry them with you whenever you feel stressed, or worried.

Some specific mindfulness activities include:

Noticing emotions and where you feel them in your body as well as how to move through them.

Creating a Self-appreciation practice

Increasing awareness of the senses

Creating a joy list

Journaling for reframing negative thoughts.

Haiku poetry

Creating gratitude and sharing appreciation

Be sure to have a yoga mat or towel and comfy clothes to move around in.

You can use these tools any time you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed. Join me in exploring ways to find inner calm, good feelings, and peace.

Dates are July 12th-18th starting at 9:00 MST.

Each class is 1 hour.

Cost is $49 to join this zoom virtual group.
